After the design of the brand and its activation, we managed the communication and marketing for the restaurant.

Within this service, one of the actions we generated was, together with the restaurant's management team, a series of different menus to activate the weekdays, which were weaker than on weekends. One of them was precisely the OMAKASE menu.

The OMAKASE menu is a type of menu where what is going to be eaten in the restaurant is a surprise for the diner. It is a traditional menu methodology in Japan that is widespread in other restaurants and that, for the case of MIRU, we wanted to give a special aspect.

Together with the kitchen, we configured the menu so that each of the 12 dishes that made up the tasting menu would tell a story based on the legendary Japanese, in order to link each of the dishes with a part of the story, in order to generate both a gastronomic and a literary narration.

We designed all the imagery, posters, minutes for the tables, as well as the writing of the story, which was intertwined with the tasting menu.

Additionally, we generate press releases and actions in Social Networks in order to inform the audience about the action.

The result was a complete success, with a continuous Sold Out from the third of the dinners, which were held once a month.
