Tajo Bajo is one of the restaurants owned by Grupo Vaquer, one of the gastronomic groups with more travel, history and reputation of Aragon.
During the time we worked together, we came up with different proposals to give visibility to the brand, including the creation of a tasting menu for their youngest restaurant, Tajo Bajo, located in the Plaza del Pilar in Zaragoza.

The menu, which was configured by the restaurant's management, had the objective of highlighting the ingredients of Aragonese gastronomy, in order to generate a discourse of product and culinary quality.
To promote the action, we generated a Press Release and an action in the restaurant itself, where national and regional media could be the first to try the tasting menu.
The menu, which was offered during the week in order to enhance the restaurant's weakest days, had a great reception, as well as a press coverage by almost all the media that were invited to the event.
